French Vanilla Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:
a) 60 g all purpose flour b) 30 g cake flour c) 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
d) 20g French Vanilla powder (optional)
e) 60g granulated sugar f) 3/4 tsp baking powder g) 1/2 tsp baking soda h) 1/4 tsp salt i) 120 g cold unsalted butter and cut in cubes j) 2 eggs, large k) 120 g plain Greek style yogurt
Method :
1)Preheat oven to 180ºC 2)Combine and sift all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, Mix in the cold butter all at once, on low speed, until the mixture resembles moist crumbs. 3)Add eggs, and greek yogurt. sure all the ingredients are well-combined. 4) Fill lined cupcake wells. Bake for 15 minutes (it will be perfectly baked if u stick in a tooth pick and flour won't stick on it) 5) Take out from oven, Cool completely before frosting. The recipe is slightly adapted from Baking A Moment 材料: a) 中筋麵粉 60g b) 低筋麵粉 30g c) 無糖可可粉 30g d )雲尼拿咖啡粉20g (可以唔加,或用其他咖啡粉代替) e) 細砂糖60克 f) 泡打粉 3/4茶匙 g) 梳打粉 1/2茶匙 h) 鹽 1/4茶匙 i) 牛油 120克(切粒) j) 大蛋 2隻 k) 原味希臘式乳酪 120克 步驟: 1) 預熱焗爐180ºC 2) 所有乾性材料混合過篩放入鋼盤中,加入牛油, 以慢速攪拌至材料成濕沙狀態. 3) 慢慢加入蛋拌混, 再加入希臘乳酪混合. 4) 將麵糊平均分配放入紙模中, 焗約15分鐘, (用針在中間刺穿無麵糊沾黏即可) 5) 從焗爐取出, 然後放在架上冷卻.
