Homemade Tomato Chip 蕃茄薯片


Chips is a snack that everyone will love, but it is definitely not a healthy snack, salty and full of preservatives. I'm not wanting to let my daughter try out chips at age of 2, but as adults, Mister Law & myself both love eating chips and can't avoid enjoying it in front of our daughter. To save the hassle of explaining it's an adult snack, I've decided to make a kids version myself! During the weekend, found out some sun dried tomatoes at home, I've decided to open up my new grinder and give it a try as well. After her nap, even little Chloe asked if the chips are ready yet. It is, but Mister Law is also taking his share. Ingredients : 1) 2pcs Potatoes

2) 20g Dried Tomatoes

3) 4tsp Oil Method: 1). Peel off the potatoes, and sliced out to thin slices. 2). Soak the potato slides in water for 10-15 minutes, keep on changing the water to keep it nicely clean 3). Powered the sun dried tomatoes 4). Dried up the potato slides completely 5). Mix the potatoes slides, slowly with oil and the tomato powder 6). Oven - bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes (should monitor and adjust the time slightly. Airfryer - preheat at 160 degrees for 3 minutes, then airfryer for 10 minutes, and turn up to 180 degrees for extra 2 minutes 7). Cool down the chips and store in a vacuumed storage to keep it crispy 薯片應該大人小朋友都喜愛零食. 但正正亦是不健康食物, 多鹽多味精多防腐劑多....... 所以到現在都唔會比2歲的囡囡品嚐. 但家中有位Law大少總是在囡囡面前吃薯片. 每次都要向囡囡解釋這是大人的吃的,小朋友不能吃呀, 媽咪盡量找一些小朋友薯片回來給你吃啦!! 感恩囡囡明白事理, 但她那雙眼睛仍然目不轉睛望住Daddy吃!! 趁假期有空, 亦看見家中仍有一些蕃茄乾, 便嘗試整吧!!! 碰巧之前買落的刨片機及磨粉機即刻大派用場.(男士們不要再訴說女士常常買很多無謂物品, 要用起上來真的很方法.) 囡囡瞓醒午睡便即刻問我, 小朋友薯片整好未呀???當然有啦~但其實這個已經沒有分大人或小朋友, 因為Law大少在我製作的途中,不停偷吃....... 準備時間 : 20分鐘 烹調時間: 30分鐘(焗爐版), 15分鐘(Airfryer版) 材料: 1) 美國焗薯 2個 2) 蕃茄乾 20克 3) 油 4茶匙 步驟:1) 將薯仔去皮, 然後用刨片機將薯仔變成一片片簿簿的薯片. 2) 刨好的薯片即刻放在水浸10-15分鐘,途中要不停換水直到薯仔的水清晰) 3) 將蕃茄乾用磨粉機打成粉末 4) 將已浸的薯片一塊一塊地放在毛巾上,然後再用廚房紙印乾水份. 5) 將薯片放入大碗內, 續少續少地下油及蕃茄粉,將它們拌勻 6) 焗爐- 一塊塊地平放在焗盆上, 放入已預熱焗爐150度, 焗20分鐘, 然後反轉再焗10分鐘(每個焗爐的溫差都唔同, 焗的時候請留意薯片的變化) Airfryer - 預熱160度3分鐘, 然後放入焗10分鐘,再用180度焗2分鐘, 7) 薯片拿出放涼後,請即放入密實盒內, 保持脆卜卜狀態..
